Business Rates Review Service Now Available

How it works
1. Initial introduction
Godalming BID will connect interested businesses with the service.
2. Simple information check
You provide some basic property and rates information.
3. Expert review
A confidential review of your current rates position is carried out by specialist advisors.
4. Challenge process
Where appropriate, formal challenges are submitted to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
5. Savings delivered
Refunds or future reductions are pursued, with fees only payable on success (generally between 20%-35% of savings identified. Terms and conditions would be signed prior to any works commencing).
